@jeder basically my laptop's monitor needs color correction for the colors to be just right

on linux, every color management tool refuses to actually apply the built-in (edid) icc color profile, while windows uses it without any trouble

@jeder gnome's color management panel outright says "fullscreen color correction not possible with this profile" which is rather obviously wrong
