where the hell in Netherlands will I exchange a broken euro note without unneeded fluff
in Poland I can just go to any bank and after filling a paper they will exchange PLN notes, but not euros

@jeder if it's too broken it will just land in some money transport trucks in the evening, will be sorted, and will be taken out of circulation as soon as it gets back to a central bank
