etymologically fascinating
the ukrainian adjective “несамови́тий”, with two definitions: 1. frantic, frenzied, out of one's mind, wild 2. raging, furious, violent (involving extreme force or motion; powerful in its manifestation)
the polish adjective “niesamowity”, said to be borrowed from the ukrainian one, with the following definitions: 1. eerie, indescribable, uncanny (strange, mysteriously unsettling) 2. extraordinary, great, unbelievable (very intensive)
