In Dolny Śląsk livery, mostly white, with a yellow wave at the bottom, bordered by a black line. As the organisation's logo is similarly a black eagle on a yellow shield. At the top is labelled 'Koleje Dolnośląskie'.
Internally, this short train car has a raised level where all the red seats are, and a lower level towards the middle is for bicycles, wheelchairs, and baby strollers (shows the symbols on the window yonder).
