okay this is huge
gnome 50 will finally allow users to change the first day of the week in the calendar: gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-calendar/-/issues/160
...except that there's no nice settings toggles for it yet, so for now you have to manually edit the property with dconf-editor 😔 and even then, it won't be configurable from the calendar itself
