Question about the Netherlands' IC Cards (transit cards) as I see it the new OVPas cards (looks like Sony FeliCa?) are being introduced which are charged through the OVPay Website/App.
Can these also be charged through a ticket machine? I'd prefer not having to use my phone just for charging the card.
If not, the old OVchipkaart remain in service, but are these also still available to buy?
