at least in northern germany

look at goslar, hildesheim, neuruppin, prenzlau, brandenburg (havel), stralsund

it's the same pattern over and over again

@lis that's my problem with many cities tbh
especially since I come from one which is, well, VERY compact for the size

@lis and when I go to places which are similar area, they are pretty dead since the density is just not there
