Hospitality business is so weird.
After we left for a walk, they just
insisted on cleaning up the place because we were there for four days already (even though there was nothing to clean really), after we likely rejected their previous daily offers of cleaning. We thought they want to maintain the place, so reluctantly agreed after all that pressure.
Turns out cleaning involves turning down the bed (which includes putting duvet into its cover, just so that we separate them again because we don't need duvet, we don't use AC), replacing every single towel (even though handbook clearly says that only those left on the floor will be replaced, and none were left on the floor), and meticulously organizing all our unpacked belongings (which included carefully folding all our clothes and carefully arranging four out of our five sex toys (we originally buried all five in a pile of clothing just in case) in a row on a table and covering them with our rainbow tote bag πŸ’€ and putting the fifth one, together with all the hair ties, in a bowl, because I guess it could be mistaken for a hairtie).

Just why would you create extra work for your staff (and risk subjecting them to having to deal with sexually explicit stuff) and extra inconvenience for your guests, for no obvious reason? What is the point? Is this something that came from US?

@jeder we only have one 15c mehrweg pfand with us and they didn't touch it.
But maybe that's because the closest compatible Pfandautomat is approximately 12k km away.
