I'm fascinated by the economics of this Vietnamese restaurant. It's open all the time, I can come in at 4pm and order Thai duck and get it in 5 minutes, and it's good. I'm the only customer. It's just me and the cook who probably just lives in the shop, sometimes her husband helps cooking too. It's a money laundering operation probably but they have good food
