IRCv3 might be promise the moon but the problem was never the technology, all it has going for itself is the community, and when the UX overhead of joining a discussion is this convoluted, I can talk to the same people elsewhere

not webui, but i use halloy on tilde.town and it fetches messages that are months old just fine
