@puniko federate deletions for most things originating from the server.
basically doing a cleanup of everything, and telling the rest of the fedeation about it

so you dont leave a dead instance trying to be reached forever still by others behind

@4censord @jeder honestly, it shouldn't be your problem if other instances can't properly deal with it when you nuke your instance. like i have seen instances come and go and never really had big issues with them clogging up my queues, neither on shonkster nor on akkoma
