@puniko federate deletions for most things originating from the server.
basically doing a cleanup of everything, and telling the rest of the fedeation about it

so you dont leave a dead instance trying to be reached forever still by others behind

@4censord @jeder honestly, it shouldn't be your problem if other instances can't properly deal with it when you nuke your instance. like i have seen instances come and go and never really had big issues with them clogging up my queues, neither on shonkster nor on akkoma

but most also dont implement 429 retry after so i'm not optimistic

like, if misskey uses 410 then it cannot be the first one because federation is an afterthought in misskey
