KD is planning to start Legnica-Cottbus train line, with 7 pairs per day this December, replacing shorter Żagań - Cottbus DB/PR line; will use rented Stadler GTW DMUs from DB. It will be possible to transfer to trains to Berlin and Wrocław on both sides, travel time between them via Cottbus should be around 4h30, so in the ballpark of current ECs
