great organisation at the station, who knew that getting into the right train at a station with 3 (three) tracks will be really disorienting
what happened: train to Wrocław was at track 1 instead of track 3 for some reason, it had no staff on board and displays were turned on like 5 minutes before train to Legnica arrived on track 2 instead of track 1

safe to say, majority of passengers didn't know wtf is going on, and wouldn't understand until I got the phone out and checked the situation in the app with gps locations of all trains
