@jeder You can either store more eSIM or use foreign cards that can roam on all.

@max I don't have esim phone, and storing sims is very much what I'd love to avoid because I lose them very easily

@jeder There are eSIM in SIM form factor where you can switch using an app.

Otherwise, a German SIM on Telekom should be able to do all four afaik.

@jeder That's the point, I know that roaming FUP is barely enforced and you could have one SIM where you can just select one of the four networks.
