once again thinking about how I got conned into kinda shitty glasses entirely because "oh you need these thinner lenses cause your vision is bad"
see the thinner you make the lenses the shittier your vision quality will be :)
like cool yeah I love that my vision isn't sharp if I look at the upper 2/3 of a computer screen without cranking my neck way up and that everything outside of the precise center of my vision has chromatic aberration, I really care so much about my obnoxiously expensive assistive device looking slick so much more than I care about its functionality /heavy sarcasm
