Transient Ischaemia

Cropped -> Converted to TIFF -> loaded into Audacity as raw data -> LPF at 1000Hz excluding the first and last few seconds -> cropped again and exported as crusty JPG
The local hospital here in Stockerau, it's a very utilitarian building with multiple just concrete sections with some windows and a big grate section. A large sign on it reads "Landesklinikum Stockerau". There is a road leading up to and next to the hospital with an ambulance parked at the end. The road is closed with a barrier. The picture is mostly greyscale, low detail and slightly glitchy. The only sections of colour are blueish smudges on the building and sky.
