@novenary yes but the whole selling point of usb pd is that you would have blanket support for fast charging on everything that does usb pd, while samsung does this shit, that is supporting some specific set that no one else supports

Samsung’s Super Fast Charging relies on a USB Power Delivery (PD) specification called PPS. Unlike proprietary fast charging tech, like the Warp Charging in OnePlus devices, PPS is open for any manufacturer to use, but only Samsung seems to be using it widely.
Many USB-C Power Delivery chargers, however, don’t include PPS support, limiting their effectiveness when combined with Galaxy phones. And since Galaxy buyers aren’t getting chargers in the box anymore, accessory makers like Anker can opportunistically swoop in with an offer for buyers needing a new wall wart.

@m0bi13 u mnie Netia przejęła Dialog który wyrobił sobie dość dobrą opinię w okolicy, zresztą Dolny Śląsk to był ich rejon głównie. I o ile router Netii mam jeden od tych wielu lat (teraz to bardziej modem w trybie bridge, bo wiadomo, własny router i tak lepszy), o tyle na Neostradzie wymiana routera była co dwa miesiące, bo coś się partoliło, więc po przejściu z Dialogu do TP dość szybko wróciliśmy do Dialogu, a raczej już Netii.

Według tego internet.gov.pl to do 2026 bodajże są plany by światłowód tutaj ktoś wprowadził, ale to też z dopiskiem że tylko przeznaczenie hurtowe, cokolwiek to znaczy. Zresztą to jest niesamowite, jedna ulica w całym starym mieście ma obecnie światłowód dostępny dla byle Kowalskiego, zapewne tylko dlatego, że przy niej jest tzw. gierkowska superjednostka

@m0bi13 aj czy ja wiem, po kablu neostrada od nich nie porywa tutaj, w przeciwieństwie do netii która jednak na tych samych łączach leci, neostrada robiła coś w stylu 15 Mb/s, gdy netia robi 50 Mb/s
ale wszyscy "polecają" ten "domowy" internet, aż się źle robi, a o światłowodzie ani widu, ani słychu
