@novenary yes but g503 has lots of buttons and I was looking at rival 5 which my brother has but I kinda don't like how slippery it feels

@novenary rival 5 is like a middle ground since it has 4 buttons on the left which are pretty cleverly added to the base mouse tbh, like, there's a long button above mouse4 and mouse5 which you can push up, and there's also some less comfortably chosen button at the fingertip

@jeder yeah I've seen the picture and assumed it was the silver button at the front because of its shape
that one does look too far forward for me to reach seeing how I usually hold my g703 too (I have the end of my thumb right below the middle of the side buttons)

@novenary okay i have the g502 and holy shit it's so much better than rival 5
i am a huge fan of the scroll wheel, it feels like the best scroll i used ever
and of course piper doesn't work so i guess i will have to configure it on windows since it seems to have onboard memory
