Moderus Beta (newly built), it's not a modernisation of any other model, but an actually new tram that is pretty much a "what if we built a 2-unit Konstal 105Na* but with a low floor middle section, in 21st century"
*the red one is not 2-unit as you can see, and looks very different, but we will come back to that
