anyway this is Moderus Alfa, all of them are 1-car modernisations of Konstal 105N(a), outside of the Szczecin ones which are actually new (the white ones) (yes, the first one is actually a Moderus Alfa, not a yet another 105Na) all photos stolen from wikipedia page
there are also these two modernisations which annoyingly enough aren't referred by modertrans as Moderus Beta, but they still somewhat resemble the other modernisations (and use Moderus Beta numbering scheme anyway), first one is an abomination that once was a Konstal 114Na (second pic is what it looked like before the modernisation), and third photo is a Tatra RT6N1 that also got modernised by Modertrans, but didn't get as butchered as the 114Na
and now one of more confusingly named trams currently used in Poland Moderus Beta (newly built), it's not a modernisation of any other model, but an actually new tram that is pretty much a "what if we built a 2-unit Konstal 105Na* but with a low floor middle section, in 21st century" *the red one is not 2-unit as you can see, and looks very different, but we will come back to that
and uh Moderus Gamma, a fully low-floor tram of Modertrans its design is definitely striking, or, well, it was, before they toned it down first one is the prototype, which is quite a banger (what is that hdr in the third photo 😭 do not the hdr)
anyway, about these one-unit Betas and Gammas one-unit Gamma is pretty much a prototype one-off, while red Betas that look like Gammas are in use around GZM area, and while they look like they are fully low-floor, area around middle door is low-floor while the rest is not great idea, tramwaje śląskie
