@RafiX@jeder i remember when zasilkovna first installed their paczkomats without any input, for use with app only, and then somehow magically retrofitted them with some cheap keypad and display that looks like they just took it from a 5 euro calculator (maybe they did)
@pony@jeder they installed one here without any input and I saw so many people standing next to it confused because some relative just gave them the code and "just input my number and then the code"
@RafiX@jeder i imagine you could call the support and give them code and they would open it remotely? well apparently people hated it so much they universally added the keypad
@RafiX@jeder alza has some phone support, once i and some random dude couldn't get to the paczkomat room and he called them and they tried to advise (eventually we just pushed really hard lol)
@pony@RafiX tbh yeah that's how it usually works with inpost, had a faulty locker once, rang them up, got picked up by a bot that of course already knew my package and tried to open it and later instructed me, so even if you don't have an app, I assume the bot would happily open it for you if you call from that number
