@jeder@miau.jeder.pl@pony @RafiX tbh yeah that's how it usually works with inpost, had a faulty locker once, rang them up, got picked up by a bot that of course already knew my package and tried to open it and later instructed me, so even if you don't have an app, I assume the bot would happily open it for you if you call from that number
